Street Level Mobile Outreach 

The Salvation Army will provide services through Street Level Mobile Outreach teams in Central Valley, San Joaquin Valley, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.

Street Level Mobile Outreach is a Housing First, person-centered, strength-based approach to help persons experiencing homelessness connect with service providers and increase their housing stability. The Street Level team uses an individualized approach to address housing needs and works with clients to identify goals and action steps. The team assists clients in finding resources and connects them to community partners to address immediate needs, while building trust and rapport.
